From her early days as a lecturer in Health Education at the University of Windsor and as a Health Promotion Consultant at the University of Waterloo, Marion's career shifted to the corporate world where, for the past 27 years, she has been the President of ShaughnessyHowell Inc., an award-winning provider of learning and development solutions and leadership consulting.

Marion joined the team of Ontario Education Services Corporation (OESC) in 2011 and has delivered workshops and facilitated meetings with school boards on their behalf ever since.
